Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tap Rascal LLC, trading as Tap Rascal (“Tap Rascal,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use our mobile applications and games, including Pan Frenzy (collectively, the “Apps”), or visit taprascal.com (the “Website”).

The short version

Our games have no accounts, no analytics, and no Tap Rascal servers. We never see how you play. Your best score is saved on your device and stays there. The only outside services involved are Google AdMob, which shows the ads, and Apple Game Center, if you choose to use it.

1. Who we are

Tap Rascal LLC is the data controller for the information described in this policy. We offer our Apps only in the App Store regions listed on each App’s product page; those regions do not include the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and we do not direct our Apps to users there.

2. What the Apps collect

We do not collect personal information through our Apps. Pan Frenzy contains no analytics, no crash or diagnostic reporting, no advertising or tracking code of our own, no user accounts, and no Tap Rascal server for anything to be sent to. No information about how you play reaches us.

The only thing the game stores is your best score, written to your device’s local storage. It never leaves your device, it is not linked to you or to any identifier, and deleting the App deletes it permanently.

Pan Frenzy offers one optional in-app purchase, the ad-free upgrade. Apple processes the payment; we never receive or store your payment details, billing address, or Apple ID. The game checks whether you own the upgrade by reading the receipt Apple has already placed on your device. That check is local, it happens on your device, and the result is not sent anywhere.

Buying the ad-free upgrade removes the advertising entirely

It does not merely hide the ads. If you own the upgrade, the Google Mobile Ads software is never started, no ad is ever requested, you are never shown a consent form, and you are never asked for permission to track. Everything in the “Google AdMob” entry below stops applying to you.

Third-party services inside the Apps

Two services operated by Google and Apple handle information under their own privacy policies. We do not receive that information.

Information the Apps never touch

Our Apps do not ask for, access, or receive your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise or GPS location, health data, files, or payment details. Pan Frenzy has no subscriptions and no push notifications. Game audio is playback only. There is no Tap Rascal account to create, so there is nothing to log in to and no profile to delete.

3. What the Website collects

taprascal.com is a static marketing and legal site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and shows no ads. Our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events in server logs, for delivery, security, and abuse prevention.

4. If you contact us

When you email our support or privacy addresses, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to answer you, and we keep support correspondence for up to 24 months so we can follow up on recurring bugs. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we have no marketing email of any kind.

5. How we use information

Because we do not collect personal information through the Apps, our uses are narrow:

We do not build profiles, we do not track you across other apps or websites ourselves, and we do not sell personal information. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and securing our services, your consent where you have given it through Apple’s tracking prompt, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Who receives information

We use no analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or data-broker services. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising activity may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a “sale” under some US privacy laws; the next section explains how to stop it.

7. Your choices

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

8. US state privacy rights

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, profiling with legal effects, and the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

To opt out of targeted advertising (“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”): decline Apple’s tracking prompt, or turn tracking off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. That is a complete opt-out—without the advertising identifier, ads served in our games are not personalized. You may also email privacy@taprascal.com with the subject line “Opt out.” We honour Global Privacy Control signals on the Website. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16, and we do not collect or use sensitive personal information.

9. Data retention

Your best score stays on your device until you delete the App. Support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Website server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Information held by Google and Apple is retained under their own policies, which we do not control.

10. Children’s privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, are not offered in the App Store Kids Category, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because we collect no personal information through the Apps at all, there is nothing for us to hold. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact privacy@taprascal.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Security and international transfers

Our Apps hold no personal information to secure, which is the strongest protection we can offer. For the Website and our email, we use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, though no system is completely secure. Tap Rascal operates from the United States, and Google and Apple may process the information described above in the United States and other countries under their own policies and transfer safeguards.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices, services, or law. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. If we ever begin collecting information we do not collect today, we will say so here before the change takes effect.

13. Contact us

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to privacy@taprascal.com, or by post to Tap Rascal LLC, 6709 Raymond Road, Suite 250 PMB 6146, Madison, WI 53719, USA. Please include the App name and enough detail for us to understand your request. Do not send passwords or financial information.
